The UESD6.0DT5G is a dual unidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD protection in space-constrained applications. It features a 6V stand-off voltage and provides robust ESD protection with ratings of ±30kV air and contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, as well as Class 3 (>16kV) per the Human Body Model. The device also meets IEC 61000-4-4 Level 4 for EFT protection at 40A.
With a typical capacitance of 34pF at 1MHz and a response time of less than 1ns, this diode is suitable for high-speed data lines. It is housed in a compact SOT-723 package measuring 1.20mm x 0.80mm with a low profile of 0.5mm, making it ideal for portable electronics such as cellular phones, digital cameras, and power supplies.
The UESD6.0DT5G is Pb-free and RoHS3 compliant, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Maximum power dissipation is 240mW on an FR-5 board. The device is qualified to MSL 1 and has a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C.
