The UDZ12B-7 is a surface mount precision Zener diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the UDZ3V6B-UDZ15B series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 12V with a tight ±2% tolerance, making it suitable for voltage regulation and reference applications. The device is rated for 200mW power dissipation and features a maximum Zener impedance of 30Ω at a test current of 5mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 100nA at 9V reverse voltage.
