The UD1006FR-H is a planar ultrafast rectifier diode from onsemi, designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average output current of 10A at 50Hz resistive load with a case temperature of 79°C. The device offers a low forward voltage of 1.3V maximum at 10A, with a typical value of 1.1V, contributing to reduced power dissipation.
With a maximum reverse recovery time of 150ns (tested at IF=10A, di/dt=100A/µs) and a typical recovery time of 60ns (IF=0.5A, IR=1A), this rectifier is suitable for fast-switching circuits. The junction temperature is rated up to 150°C, and the thermal resistance from junction to case is 4.9°C/W for smoothed DC conditions.
The device is housed in a TO-220F-2FS through-hole package (JEITA/JEDEC SC-67) and is halogen-free and lead-free compliant. It is supplied in a minimum packing quantity of 50 pieces per magazine.
