The Semtech UCLAMP3311P.TCT is a unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 18V at the peak pulse current.
This device can handle a peak pulse current of 5A (8/20µs waveform) and a peak pulse power dissipation of 90W. It has a low capacitance of 12pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal line protection. The diode is not intended for power line protection.
The UCLAMP3311P.TCT is housed in a compact 2-UDFN surface mount package with the supplier device package designation SLP1006P2. It operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
