The UCLAMP3304A.TCT is a 4-channel unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose ESD protection. It is manufactured by Semtech and comes in a compact surface mount package. The device provides protection against transient overvoltage events with a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 8V at 5A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). Each channel can handle 40W peak pulse power. The low capacitance of 22pF at 1MHz makes it suitable for high-speed data lines. The device is available in SOT-563 and SOT-666 packages, with the supplier device package being SC-89 (SOT-666). It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant (unverified) and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
