The Semtech UCLAMP3301P.TCT is a unidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 8V. The device can handle peak pulse currents up to 5A under an 8/20µs waveform and offers a peak pulse power rating of 40W. It does not include power line protection. The diode is housed in a compact 2-UDFN surface mount package (SLP1006P2) and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Typical capacitance is 25pF at 1MHz.
