The Semtech UCLAMP1871P.TNT is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for automotive applications. It features an 18V reverse standoff voltage and a clamping voltage of 45V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 35A under an 8/20µs waveform. It offers a capacitance of 225pF at 1MHz.
