The UCLAMP1211T.TCT is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode manufactured by Semtech. It is designed for general purpose circuit protection applications. The device offers a clamping voltage of 27V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform) and a low capacitance of 3pF at 1MHz. It does not provide power line protection.
