The Semtech UCLAMP1201H.TCT is a unidirectional TVS (transient voltage suppression) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a maximum clamping voltage of 25V at 8A peak pulse current (8/20µs waveform). The device can handle 200W of peak pulse power, making it suitable for low-power applications. With a typical capacitance of 60pF at 1MHz, it is also suitable for high-speed signal lines. The diode operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It is packaged in a surface-mount SOD-523 (SC-79) package, ideal for space-constrained designs.
