The Semtech UCLAMP0501H.TCT is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 12.5V at 16A peak pulse current (8/20µs). With a peak pulse power rating of 240W, it provides robust transient voltage suppression. The device has a typical capacitance of 160pF at 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed signal lines.
