UCC2804D

The UCC2804D from Texas Instruments is a high-speed, low-power integrated circuit that provides all necessary control and drive components for fixed-frequency current-mode switching mode power supplies. It is suitable for both off-line and DC-to-DC applications, requiring minimal external parts.

Key electrical specifications include a typical starting supply current of 100µA and an operating supply current of 500µA. The device supports operation up to 1MHz and features internal soft start, internal fault soft start, and internal leading-edge blanking of the current-sense signal.
