The Vishay TZMC43-GS08 is a small signal Zener diode from the TZM series, designed for voltage stabilization applications. It features a nominal zener voltage of 43V with a tolerance of ±5%, providing a voltage range of 40.85V to 45.15V. The device can dissipate up to 500mW of power and offers a low reverse leakage current of 100nA maximum at 33V.
Key electrical characteristics include a dynamic impedance of 90Ω maximum at the test current of 5mA, and a forward voltage of 1.5V maximum at 200mA. The diode is capable of operating over a wide temperature range from -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
