The TZMC39-GS18 is a 39V Zener Diode from Vishay's TZM series, designed for voltage stabilization applications. It has a nominal zener voltage of 39V with ±5% tolerance. The device can dissipate up to 500mW of power. Test current is 5mA, with a maximum dynamic resistance of 90Ω at IZT. Reverse leakage current is 100nA at 30V, and forward voltage is 1.5V at 200mA. The operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 175°C.
The diode is packaged in a surface mount SOD-80 MiniMELF package (also known as DO-213AC). It is supplied on tape and reel with 10,000 pieces per reel (13" reel). The device is RoHS compliant and REACH unaffected, with an MSL level of 1 (unlimited).
This Zener diode offers very sharp reverse characteristics, low reverse current, and high stability, making it suitable for voltage regulation in low-power circuits. Its compact MiniMELF package is ideal for space-constrained surface mount designs.
