The Vishay TZMC20-GS18 is a 20V Zener diode from the TZM series, designed for voltage stabilization in low-power circuits. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 20V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. The device offers a dynamic impedance of 55Ω at the test current and a low reverse leakage current of 100nA at 15V. The forward voltage is 1.5V maximum at 200mA. The operating temperature range spans -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The diode is housed in a surface mount SOD-80 MiniMELF package (DO-213AC), suitable for automated assembly. It is rated MSL level 1 and is RoHS and REACH compliant (unverified).
