TXB0101DRLR

The TXB0101DRLR is a 1-bit bidirectional voltage level translator manufactured by Texas Instruments. This device features auto-direction sensing, simplifying level shifting between different voltage domains. It supports a data rate of up to 100Mbps and operates across a wide voltage range, with the A port accepting 1.2V to 3.6V and the B port accepting 1.65V to 5.5V, provided VCCA is less than or equal to VCCB.

Key features include edge rate acceleration, integrated pull-up resistors, an output enable function, and partial power-down support via the Ioff pin. The VCC isolation feature ensures all outputs are in a high-impedance state if either VCC input is at ground. The OE input circuit is referenced to VCCA. This translator is designed for low power consumption, with a maximum supply current of 5µA.

It is available in surface-mount packages such as SOT-5X3, SOT-563, and SOT-666. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The TXB0101DRLR also provides robust ESD protection, exceeding JESD 22 standards, with ±15kV on the B port and 2000V on the A port (Human Body Model).
