TXB0101DBVT

The TXB0101DBVT from Texas Instruments is a 1-bit, noninverting, bidirectional voltage-level translator designed for universal low-voltage applications. It utilizes two separate configurable power-supply rails, with the A port tracking VCCA (1.2V to 3.6V) and the B port tracking VCCB (1.65V to 5.5V), ensuring VCCA is less than or equal to VCCB. This device features auto-direction sensing, simplifying circuit design.

Key electrical characteristics include a data rate of 100Mbps and low power consumption with a maximum ICC of 5µA.
