The TV02W360-G is a 200W peak pulse power transient voltage suppressor from Comchip Technology's TV02W-G series. This unidirectional device provides 58.1V clamping voltage and can handle 3.44A peak pulse current under a 10/1000µs waveform. It is designed for general-purpose circuit protection applications where fast response to transient overvoltage events is required.
The device uses a glass passivated chip construction for reliability and features low leakage current. It offers excellent clamping capability and very fast response time typical of Zener-based TVS diodes. The SOD-123 package is a compact surface-mount design compatible with automated assembly processes.
The TV02W360-G supports an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is RoHS compliant and rated MSL 1 (unlimited) for moisture sensitivity. The part is supplied in a molded plastic case rated UL 94V-0 flame retardant.
