The TUSS4440TRTJR from Texas Instruments is a transformer drive ultrasonic sensor IC with a logarithmic amplifier. This highly integrated analog front-end is designed for industrial ultrasonic applications. The device includes an integrated driver for transformer-driven transducers and a receiver stage with an analog output.
