It features an integrated UTMI compliant transceiver (PHY) and supports USB suspend/resume and remote wake-up functions. The device includes an integrated 60-MHz 8051 microcontroller with configurable RAM for application code and data buffering.

 

The TUSB6250PFC offers a glueless interface to ATA and ATAPI drives and supports the USB mass storage device class specification's bulk-only transfer protocol. It is housed in an 80-TQFP package and operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.

 

Key features include support for eight configurable endpoints, a master I2C interface controller, and multiple GPIOs for end-product specific functions. Application code can be loaded from the USB host or an external EEPROM.
