This redriver features an ultra-low-power architecture, with active supply current at 98 mA and significantly lower currents in disconnect (265 µA) and shutdown (60 µA) modes. It provides optimal receiver equalization with selectable levels of 3, 6, or 9 dB at 2.5 GHz, and output driver de-emphasis options of 0, 3.5, or 6 dB. Automatic LFPS de-emphasis control helps meet USB 3.1 certification requirements.

 

The TUSB522PRGER is suitable for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. It is housed in a 24-VQFN (4x4 mm) package and supports surface mount installation. The device is hot-plug capable and requires no host or device-side configuration, simplifying integration into various systems.
