The Samtec TSW-150-26-G-S is a standard strip header from the TSW series, designed for board-to-board or cable applications. It features 50 positions in a single row with a 2.54mm pitch, making it suitable for dense PCB layouts. The unshrouded design allows flexible mating with various Samtec socket strips such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, and others.
This header uses phosphor bronze contacts with 10.0µin gold plating over 50µin nickel, ensuring reliable signal integrity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is molded from black PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.
Electrical ratings include a current rating of 5.2A per pin (when mated with ESW, 2 positions powered) and a voltage rating of 550 VAC when mated with SSW. The through-hole mounting and solder termination provide a robust mechanical connection for prototyping and production.
