The Samtec TSW-140-14-G-S is a 40-position single-row unshrouded header designed for board-to-board or cable applications. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch, through-hole mounting, and solder termination. The gold-plated square pins provide reliable connections with a contact length of 8.13mm and an overall contact length of 13.46mm. The insulator is made of black PBT with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, supporting an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Each pin is rated for 5.7A when mated with SSW series receptacles and 6.3A when mated with SSQ series, with a voltage rating of 550VAC.
