The Samtec TSW-136-07-G-S is a 36-position unshrouded pin header designed for board-to-board or cable interconnect applications. It features a single row of male pins with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch, making it suitable for standard prototyping and production layouts.
The header uses through hole mounting with solder termination for reliable mechanical and electrical connections. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a 10.0µin (0.25µm) gold finish, ensuring low contact resistance and corrosion resistance. The insulation is black polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) rated UL94 V-0 for flammability.
With an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, this connector can be used in a variety of environments. The unshrouded design allows for easy mating with standard female socket connectors.
