The Samtec TSW-130-07-G-S is a standard strip header from the TSW series, featuring 30 positions in a single row with 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. It utilizes male square pins made of phosphor bronze with a gold finish over 50 µ" nickel plating. The insulator is black polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Designed for through-hole mounting with solder termination, this unshrouded header supports board-to-board and cable mating. It mates with Samtec socket strips such as SSW, SSQ, and IDC cable assemblies. The overall contact length is 0.430" (10.92mm) with a mating contact length of 5.84mm.
Electrical ratings include 5.7A per pin (when mated with SSW) and 550 VAC voltage rating. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C. The lead style -07 provides a 10.92mm overall length for optimized mating with IDC cable series.
