The Samtec TSW-125-07-G-D is a standard strip header connector from the TSW series. It features 50 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 2.54mm pitch and 2.54mm row spacing. The connector uses through-hole mounting with solder termination and push-pull fastening type. It is unshrouded with square male pin contacts made of phosphor bronze and gold plating with a thickness of 10.0µin (0.25µm). The insulator is made of black polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0.
Electrical ratings include a voltage rating of 550VAC when mated with SSW series and a current rating of 5.7A per pin when 2 positions are powered. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. The overall contact length is 0.430" (10.92mm) with a contact length of 5.84mm (0.230"). This header is designed for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications and mates with Samtec series such as SSW, SSQ, SSM, and others.
