The Samtec TSW-116-17-T-S-LL is a 16-position single row unshrouded header from the TSW series, designed for classic 0.100 inch (2.54mm) pitch applications. This through hole header features square 0.025 inch (0.635mm) posts with a tin-plated phosphor bronze contact finish, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The kinked pin solder termination provides secure mechanical retention on the PCB.
The header has an overall contact length of 21.08mm (0.830 inch) with a post length of 15.75mm (0.620 inch) and an insulation height of 2.54mm (0.100 inch). The insulator is molded from black polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for applications requiring flame retardance.
