The Samtec TSW-115-08-G-D-RA is a 30-position, dual-row right angle header from the TSW series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for through hole solder termination. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold plating of 10µin (0.25µm) over 50µin nickel, ensuring reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance.
This unshrouded header supports board-to-board or cable-to-board connections and mates with a wide range of Samtec socket strips including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, CES, and SLW. Electrical ratings vary by mating connector: voltage up to 550 VAC (mated with SSW) and current per pin up to 6.3A (mated with SSQ). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.
The insulator is black PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The part is packaged in bulk and is not lead-free solderable (lead wave only). RoHS3 compliance is claimed but unverified.
