The Samtec TSW-112-07-F-D is a 24-position, 2-row through-hole header from the TSW series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, making it compatible with standard 0.100" centerline connectors. The connector uses phosphor bronze contacts with a gold flash plating on the mating area and matte tin on the termination tails. The overall contact length is 0.430" (10.92mm) with a tail length of 0.230" (5.84mm). The insulator is black PBT with UL94 V-0 flammability rating. This header is unshrouded with a push-pull fastening type, suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating, and -55°C to +105°C with tin. When mated with Samtec SSW series sockets, the connector is rated for 5.7A per pin (2 positions powered) and up to 550 VAC. The part is packaged in bulk. It is RoHS3 compliant although the datasheet notes TSW is not lead-free solderable (lead wave only). The part number suffix -F-D indicates gold flash plating and double row configuration.
