The TSW-110-14-S-S is a 10-position, single row, 2.54mm pitch through-hole pin header from Samtec's TSW series. It is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and features an unshrouded, push-pull fastening design. The header has a vertical orientation and uses square pins with a 0.025" (0.635mm) cross-section.
The contact system includes a mating contact length of 8.13mm (0.320") and an overall contact length of 13.46mm (0.530"). The insulation height is 2.54mm (0.100"). The housing is made of black Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for a wide range of environments.
Contacts are phosphor bronze with a gold plating of 30µin (0.76µm) on the mating area and tin on the termination area. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. The part is packaged in bulk and is designed for through-hole soldering.
