The Samtec TSW-107-07-S-D is a 14-position, dual-row through hole header from the TSW series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, making it suitable for standard board-to-board and cable-to-board applications. The unshrouded design allows for flexible mating with various socket strips.
The header uses phosphor bronze contacts with a 30µin gold finish on the mating area and tin on the tails, ensuring reliable electrical connections and solderability. The insulation is made of black PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) rated UL94 V-0 for flammability resistance. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
With a mating contact length of 5.84mm (0.230") and an overall contact length of 10.92mm (0.430"), this header provides adequate pin length for secure connections. The push-pull fastening type simplifies insertion and removal. Packaging is bulk, suitable for volume assembly.
