The Samtec TSW-107-07-G-D is a 14-position, 2-row through hole header from the TSW series, designed for classic 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch applications. It features unshrouded male square pins with a gold contact finish (10.0µin / 0.25µm) over 50µ" nickel underplate, ensuring reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is made of black PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, and the contacts are phosphor bronze.
This header has a vertical orientation and a push-pull fastening type. The overall contact length is 0.430" (10.92mm) with a post length of 0.230" (5.84mm). It is rated for 550 VAC when mated with an SSW socket and can carry 5.7A per pin (with 2 positions powered) when mated with an SSW. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.
The TSW-107-07-G-D is suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. It mates with a variety of Samtec socket strips including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, and SLW. The part is packaged in bulk and is lead-free solderable only with wave soldering (not reflow compatible).
