The Samtec TSW-106-07-G-T is a 18-position, 3-row through-hole header from the TSW series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, with unshrouded male square pins. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold finish (0.25µm) over 50µ" nickel, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The insulator is black PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) rated UL94 V-0. The header has a push-pull fastening type and is designed for solder termination.
Electrical ratings include 5.7A per pin (mated with SSW, 2 positions powered) and a voltage rating of 550 VAC when mated with SSW. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. This header is through-hole mounted for secure attachment to PCBs. The -07 lead style provides an overall contact length of 0.430" (10.92mm) and a post length of 0.230" (5.84mm).
The TSW-106-07-G-T mates with a variety of Samtec socket strips including SSW, SSQ, SSM, ESW, ESQ, BCS, BSW, CES, SLW, and cable mates IDSD and IDSS. It is suitable for board-to-board and cable-to-board applications. Note: This part is not lead-free solderable; wave soldering is recommended.
