The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold plating thickness of 10µin (0.25µm). The connector is rated for 3.4A per contact and can withstand 425 VAC or 600 VDC. It has an insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ minimum and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.

 

The insulator is black glass filled polyester with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The shrouded design includes a keying slot for proper alignment. This header mates with Samtec IDSD and HCSD IDC socket assemblies.
