The Samtec TST-115-01-G-D is a 30-position, double-row shrouded header from the TST series, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. It features a 2.54mm pitch and row spacing, with a through-hole mounting style and solder termination. The connector uses phosphor bronze contacts with a 10.0µin gold finish on the mating post and a matte tin tail, providing reliable signal integrity.
This header is rated for a current of 3.4A per contact and a voltage of 425 VAC / 600 VDC. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The insulator is black glass-filled PBT with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The shrouded design includes a keying slot and a push-pull fastening type.
The TST-115-01-G-D mates with Samtec IDSD, HCSD, and SMSD series IDC socket assemblies. It is packaged in bulk and is RoHS3 compliant. Note that this series is not lead-free solderable and is intended for wave solder processing only.
