The TST-110-01-T-D is a 20 position, dual row, shrouded IDC header connector from Samtec's TST series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. The connector uses through hole mounting with solder termination and has a 4-wall shrouded design with a keying slot for polarization.
The header is rated for 3.4A per contact and has a voltage rating of 425 VAC / 600 VDC. It offers an insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ minimum and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C with tin plating. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with tin finish, and the insulator is black glass filled PBT with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
This connector is packaged in bulk and is suitable for use with Samtec IDSD and HCSD mating connector series. It is not lead-free solderable and requires lead wave soldering. The part is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected.
