The TST-108-01-S-D is a 16-position, 2-row shrouded header connector from Samtec's TST series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and through-hole mounting with solder termination. The connector is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications and includes a 4-wall shrouding with keying slot for polarization.
Electrical specifications include a current rating of 3.4A per contact, voltage ratings of 425 VAC and 600 VDC, and a minimum insulation resistance of 5000 MΩ. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 30µin gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the tail.
The insulator is black glass-filled PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The connector is packaged in bulk and is RoHS, REACH, and halogen-free compliant. It mates with Samtec IDSD, HCSD, and SMSD series IDC socket assemblies.
