The Samtec TSS-132-01-L-D is a 64-position, 2-row shrouded header connector from the TSS series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. The connector uses a through-hole mounting style with solder termination and has a 4-wall shrouded design for blind mating applications.
The header has a push-pull fastening type and includes a keying slot for proper alignment. The insulation is made of black polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The square male pins are made of phosphor bronze with a tin contact finish (10.0µin/0.25µm). The overall contact length is 12.19mm (0.480") with a contact length of 6.35mm (0.250") and an insulation height of 8.89mm (0.350").
This connector is designed for use in a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. It is packaged in bulk and is RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited). The part is also halogenated penta octa compliant and carries a California Proposition 65 warning for nickel exposure.
