The TSP15U100S is a Schottky rectifier diode from Taiwan Semiconductor. It is designed for 100V reverse voltage and 15A average rectified current, making it suitable for various power supply applications.
This diode features a low forward voltage drop of 700mV at 15A, which reduces power loss. It has a fast recovery speed of ≤500ns, enabling high-frequency operation. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
