TSM-136-01-S-SV

The TSM-136-01-S-SV from Samtec is a high-performance surface mount header designed for board-to-board or cable applications. It features 36 positions in a single row with a 2.54mm pitch, providing reliable interconnections in compact designs. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold plating (30 µ”) on the mating area and matte tin on the tails, ensuring excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for demanding environments. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, and the part is lead-free solderable.

With a push-pull fastening type and unshrouded design, it offers flexibility for various mating configurations. The contact length (post height) is 5.84mm, and the insulation height is 2.54mm.
