The Samtec TSM-113-01-L-DV-P-TR is a 26-position, dual-row, unshrouded male pin header from the TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and a 2.54mm row spacing, designed for surface mount soldering. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with 10 µ" (0.25 µm) Gold on the post and Matte Tin on the tail, over 50 µ" Nickel underplating.

 

The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The header operates over a -55°C to +125°C temperature range. Rated voltage is up to 495 VAC when mated with BCS connectors, and current rating per pin reaches 5.4 A with SSM mates (2 positions powered). It is lead-free solderable and rated MSL 1.

 

This variant includes a pick-and-place pad for automated assembly and is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging. The unshrouded design supports board-to-board or cable mating with Samtec SSW, SSM, BCS, HLE, and other compatible series.
