The Samtec TSM-110-02-T-SH-A is a 10-position, single row, 2.54mm pitch surface mount right angle male pin header from the TSM series. It features unshrouded square pins with tin plating over 50 µ" nickel on phosphor bronze contacts. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a flammability rating of UL94 V-0. The header has a board guide feature for alignment during assembly.
This header is designed for surface mount soldering with a right angle orientation. The lead style -02 provides a post height of 8.13mm (0.320"). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C, suitable for a wide range of environments. The part is lead-free solderable as verified by the datasheet.
When mated with compatible Samtec socket strips such as the SSM series, the TSM header can carry up to 5.4A per pin (with SSM). Other mating options include SSW, SSQ, BCS, and cable mates IDSS and IDSD. The header is suitable for board-to-board or cable-to-board applications requiring a reliable, high-density interconnect.
