The TSM-110-01-S-DV is a 20-position, 2-row surface mount header from Samtec's TSM series. It features male square pins with a 2.54mm pitch and tin plating over 50µ" nickel underplate. The black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator is rated UL94 V-0. The unshrouded design with push-pull fastening allows for board-to-board or cable connections.
Electrical performance is rated for mated conditions. Per the datasheet, current rating per pin is 4.7A with SSW, 5.4A with SSM, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS connectors. Voltage rating is 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC when mated with SSM. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C for tin-plated versions. The -DV lead style specifies a lead coplanarity of 0.15mm maximum for 11-36 positions.
This header is designed for surface mount soldering and is compatible with lead-free processes. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish. The component is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected (unverified). It is suitable for applications requiring a reliable, high-density interconnect solution.
