The Samtec TSM-110-01-L-DV-A-P-TR is a 20-position, 2-row, surface mount unshrouded male pin header from the TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and row spacing, making it suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. The connector uses phosphor bronze contacts with a 10µ" (0.25µm) gold plating on the post and matte tin on the solder tail, over a 50µ" nickel underplating.
The insulator is molded from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. This part includes board guide and pick-and-place features for automated assembly. The -DV lead style provides a vertical post height of 5.84mm (0.230") and an insulation height of 2.54mm (0.100").
