The Samtec TSM-110-01-F-SV is a 10-position, single row, unshrouded male pin header from the TSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and is designed for surface mount soldering. The insulator is molded from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a gold flash finish on the post and matte tin on the tail, over 50 µ" nickel underplating. The contact length is 5.84mm (0.230").
This connector is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C with gold plating. Current ratings vary depending on the mating connector: 4.7A when mated with SSW, 5.4A with SSM, 4.1A with HLE, and 5.0A with BCS. Voltage ratings are 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC when mated with SSM. The part is lead-free solderable.
The TSM-110-01-F-SV is suitable for board-to-board or cable applications requiring a compact, high-density interconnect. The unshrouded design allows for easy mating and low profile.
