The Samtec TSM-108-01-T-SV is a surface mount unshrouded male pin header from the TSM series. It features 8 positions in a single row with a 2.54mm pitch. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish, providing reliable electrical connections. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
This header offers versatile current and voltage ratings depending on mating connector. When mated with Samtec SSW series, it is rated for 4.7A per pin (2 positions powered). With SSM, it achieves 5.4A. Voltage ratings are 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC with SSM. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C.
