The Samtec TSM-108-01-S-DV-P-TR is a 16 position, 2-row surface mount male pin header with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. It features unshrouded design, push-pull fastening, and is intended for board-to-board or cable interconnections. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with gold plating on the posts (30µin) and matte tin on the tails, over 50µin nickel underplate. The insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0, with an insulation height of 2.54mm.
Electrical ratings depend on the mating connector. Current rating ranges from 4.1A (mated with HLE) to 5.4A (mated with SSM) with two positions powered. Voltage rating is up to 495 VAC (mated with BCS) or 475 VAC (mated with SSM). The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, supporting gold plating.
The header is surface mount with solder termination and includes a pick and place feature for automated assembly. It is lead-free solderable and supplied in tape and reel packaging. The part is RoHS compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
