The TSM-107-02-T-DV is a 14-position, 2-row surface mount male pin header from Samtec's TSM series, featuring a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 2.54mm row spacing. It has an unshrouded design with a push-pull fastening mechanism. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze with a tin plating, and the insulator is black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0. The contact length is 8.13mm (0.320") and the insulator height is 2.54mm (0.100").
This connector is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 105°C and is lead-free solderable. Electrical ratings depend on the mating connector: voltage rating is 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC when mated with SSM; current rating per pin ranges from 4.1 A (mated with HLE) to 5.4 A (mated with SSM). The part has undergone severe environment testing aligning with MIL-DTL-55302.
