The Samtec TSM-107-01-T-DV is a .100" (2.54mm) pitch surface mount strip header from the TSM series. It features 14 positions arranged in 2 rows with vertical orientation and unshrouded square posts. The contact system uses .025" (0.635mm) square phosphor bronze pins with matte tin plating. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0.
This header is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and mates with Samtec socket families such as SSM, SSW, BCS, and others. Electrical ratings include 5.4A per pin (when mated with SSM) and 495 VAC (when mated with BCS). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +105°C. The part supports data rates up to 8 Gbps.
Packaging is in tubes of 32 pieces. The surface mount termination with solder tails facilitates automated assembly. This component is lead-free solderable and is an Extended Life Product (ELP) with high mating cycle capability.
