The Samtec TSM-107-01-L-DV-006-P-TR is a surface mount .025" square post terminal strip header from the TSM series. It features 14 positions with pin 6 omitted (13 positions loaded) arranged in 2 rows at a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. The connector uses phosphor bronze contacts with a 10µin gold finish on the post and tin on the tail, over a 50µin nickel underplate. The black liquid crystal polymer insulator has a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
This unshrouded header is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and includes a pick and place pad for automated assembly. It supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. When mated with Samtec SSW sockets, the current rating is 4.7 A per pin; with SSM sockets it is 5.4 A per pin. Voltage ratings are 495 VAC (mated with BCS) and 475 VAC (mated with SSM). The connector is lead-free solderable and has a maximum lead coplanarity of 0.005" for 06-10 positions.
The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 125 parts per reel. It is an Extended Life Product qualified for up to 2,500 mating cycles and passes Mixed Flowing Gas testing for 10-year reliability. The -DV row option indicates the surface mount configuration with specified post height and plating.
