The Samtec TSM-107-01-L-DV is a surface mount strip header from the TSM series, featuring 14 positions arranged in 2 rows on a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch. It uses 0.025" (0.635mm) square phosphor bronze posts with 10µ" (0.25µm) gold plating on the post and matte tin on the tail, over 50µ" nickel underplate. The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0.
This header is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and mates with Samtec socket families such as SSW, SSM, BCS, and HLE. Current ratings vary by mating connector: up to 5.4A when mated with SSM (2 positions powered). Voltage rating is 495 VAC when mated with BCS and 475 VAC with SSM. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating.
The component is lead-free solderable and packaged in tubes of 32 pieces. It supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and is qualified for severe environment testing per MIL-DTL-55302. Lead coplanarity is controlled to 0.15mm maximum for 11-36 positions.
